Mango Entremet

Soft vanilla sponge sandwiched with Mango Passionfruit curd & lots of fresh Mangoes encased in a smooth coconut mousse. A dynamic Tropical combination that is irresistible. Light, refreshing and the Best of this season.

Ingredients:
Egg, flour, refined sugar, milk, mangoes, passion fruit puree, coconut cream, coconut milk, whipping cream, gelatin.

Serving Instructions:
Keep refrigerated (0-4 degree c) for at least 30 minutes upon receiving.
Best serving temperature (10-12 degree c). Take the cake out from the fridge around 30 mins before serving for it to soften.

Shelf Life:
Best consumed within 2 days. However the cake can last in the chiller for up to 3 days.
